General notes on safety
This section deals with the basic safety
regulations to be observed when working
with the device.
Personal safety:
• This appliance is not intended for opera-
tion by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lacking experience and/
or knowledge, unless they are under the
supervision of or have been instructed on
how to use the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety.
• Childrenmustbesupervisedinorder
to ensure that they do not play with the
equipment.
• Donotusetheequipmentwhenpeople
and particularly children or pets are
nearby.
• Intheareaofoperation,theoperator
is liable for damages caused others as
a result of operating the appliance.
• Duringoperation,neverpointtheap-
pliance at yourself or others, taking
particular care to avoid the eyes and
ears. Risk of injury!
• Donotleavetheapplianceunattended
while running and take heed of the air-
llinformationoftheinflatablearticle.
Theinflatablearticlemayburstand
cause serious injuries.
• Keeptheapplianceinadryplaceand
out of the reach of children.
Caution! To avoid damage to the
equipment and any possible person
injury resulting from this:
Working with the appliance:
• Donotusetheappliancewhiledriving.
• Beforestartingtheappliance,checkit
for damages and only operate it if it is in
perfect condition.
• Donotexposetheappliancetorainor
humid weather and do not allow it to
come into contact with water. Risk of
electric shock.
• Keepallopeningsoftheappliancefree
while operating. Do not cover the open-
ingswithyourhandsorngersanddo
not cover the appliance. Risk of overheat-
ing.
• Donotleavethedeviceinthecarinhot
outdoor temperatures. The device could
be irreparably damaged.
• Thedevicebecomeswarmduringopera-
tion. There is a risk of burns from contact
with the hot surfaces.
• Preventsandandothersmallforeignpar-
ticles from getting into the air inlet or air
outlet.
• Donotoperatetheappliancenearin-
flammableliquidsorgases.Donotletit
draw in hot vapours. Non-compliance
causesariskofreorexplosion.
• Turnofftheapplianceandunplugit
from the cigarette lighter if:
- you are not operating the appli-
ance;
- you are leaving the appliance unat-
tended;
